Type of a scam Debt Collections
I keep receiving calls from this company name bournview collection agency for some kind of credit card debt that I owe. I am not aware of anything and I checked my credit history and I never had any kind of credit card that they mentioned. So i asked them to send me a letter by mail which they did but it seemed like someone wrote it manually using MS Word and of course, envelope that they sent had a personal stamp on it. And it’s obvious Businesses mails doesn’t come with a personal stamp on it. I also asked them to send me an email which they did and looked exact same as the letter. I have not paid them anything because I believe it’s a fraud company who is just trying to take my money. Also not only they called me, but they started calling other members from family. And the scariest part was that they called my brother in law on google phone. Not even actual phone. I am just worried that how did they get his google phone number and how are they getting all of my family phone numbers.
