I placed an order for my husband using his cc card to purchase a gift for my father in-laws birthday. After purchasing the order they wanted to ensure that he was the person really purchasing the alcohol so they said online that they needed the verification code on the card charge and when he submitted it, it would not process the information and they said they would not process the order without it. However, they did process the payment and took payment. This order was placed on Sunday and was supposed to arrive Wednesday. My husband had to report it to the cc company to get his money back.
