My mother purchased a gift from this company in November 2020. They sent a tracking number that showed no delivery address and item returned to sender. She called and spoke to someone who apologized and promised to send a replacement. The replacement had the same fake shipping label. Every call since has been met with a sincere apology, a promise to ship the gift and look into the issue further as well as a full refund. There has never been a call back or email, refund or a replacement gift. This is a complete scam.
