They offer a complementary "facial" with the purchase of the products they sell. But the person that comes into the room isn't licensed, doesn't wear a mask, or wash hands. It's not until after you've had a face mask applied (and can't leave without it getting washed off) do you realize that you're not getting a facial and it's just an aggressive and exhausting sales pitch. The product starts at $4,500 then goes down to $250 after 20 mins. At one point the girl assisting him told me he worked for the Kardashians...which is absurd.
