Claim to sell hair product and I never received it. I paid for it and messaged their customer support email several time with no response at all

I placed an order with this company which was confirmed on January 26, 2025. Payment was subsequently taken from my account. After a month I followed up with Botanix to inquire as to the status of my product and initially received a response. They proceeded to provide me with tracking information but the product still never came. However, when I contacted one of the warehouses listed in the tracking history they confirmed on multiple occasions that nothing was ever scanned in there from that company, for me and at the time they claimed. I have since followed up with BOTANIX for information on how to receive my product or at this point a refund and they have ceased all communication. I have made over twelve follow up attempts and still have not heard back. I have checked their social media and there were SEVERAL customers complaining that they also never received their product. BOTANIX has since deleted their Instagram page but their website is still operational.

This company was posing as a compnay selling "Batana oil" from Honduras. I ordered a hair growth packahe along with 2 containers of batana oil and they processed my order. I also noticed that shipping updates were from China. When i received my package, i did not receive the items that were pictured or what i paid for. I received totally different products. I emailed them over 10 times with no response. They dont have a phone number to call, only an email address that no one replied on.

Initially, order information indicated product would arrive in a couple of days. Shortly after, email messages were received indicating it would take a little longer for the product to arrive. I became suspicious and utilized the tracking number to track the package origin. Instead of the package coming from California, it was coming from China. I contacted their customer support team regarding WHY was my products coming from China? I was informed this is their common practice in hopes of getting the merchandise to customers sooner. I gave their support team the benefit of doubt, waited a few more days, and checked the location of my package. It didn't move for a few days. Then all of a sudden, their tracking system updated information showing my order was in the United States.

Today I tracked the order, which stated my package was "delivered" on January 29th 2024. There was no way they delivered an order to me in January that wasn't ordered until December.
