On 12/06/21 I responded to an on-line ad for CBD Gummies @$39.00. However, went I submitted my credit card info I was immediately charged $49.00 plus and additional $199.00, instead of the advertised $39.00? I immediately tried to stop the transaction but could not. It closed down without phone or email to contact. Suspecting fraud, I contacted Visa that evening and closed that card.

On 12/16/21 a large plastic package was in my mailbox. I immediately suspected it was the fraudulent order, noting the return address. I took it to my Post Office that day and returned unopened to the return address. I have a copy of the $14.00 receipt and tracking number indicating it was picked up there on Dec.22,2021.

However, my credit card was billed, and I have refused payment and am currently awaiting resolution.
