Just as everyone else on this page, I have ordered the CBD gummies once and I just received a second shipment which I have not ordered. The ingredient of the gummies is poor quality. I have not consumed any of them. Now I want to send all of them back, get a refund and never receive them again. I need a return label and address as well as your phone number. Dissatisfied customer.

We received an order Botanical Farms CBD (2 1/2) Bottles that we never ordered at $79 and in calling this was to be a recurring order. We called to complain and BF gave us a $40 refund but said we had to pay a restocking fee. This company is a SCAM, be careful

BIG SCAM!!

I ordered this product on my cell phone and decided to check out the company the next day on my computer. What I found on the computer was a fraudulent company. I immediately called the company and cancelled the order. They said they could not/would not cancel my order and that I would have to dispute it through my bank. I contacted my bank and initiated a fraud claim. Two weeks later, the order arrived at my home and it was not what I ordered. It was the original order for $59.99 and more product for an additional $199.88! The bank then said - since I received the product my only recourse was to call the company and return the product. I called the company and who said they could no longer accept a return of the product since I had started a fraud claim with the bank. This company knows the system and how to manipulate consumers and processes to their advantage. I have now, once again, reached out to my bank to move my claim out of their Fraud Department to their Billing Dispute Department and I am sending photos and information to support my claim. This effort is probably my last resort as I will be out of options...

Disreputable Company-did not refund when product returned, no confirmation email of order

I ordered the product from a FB post and when I confirmed a $59 order it suddenly became also an order for $199. I immediately called to cancel and was told they could not. I was given a return number and instructions for returning the product which I promptly did when it came. I also paid for return shipping.

NOTHING has been corrected by the company. No credit for the returned product and the phone number attached to the order is out of the US and unable to help.

BEWARE before ordering from Botanical Farms.

I bought an Order of the CBD gummies and after receiving them my primary care physician said that I could not use them because of prescribed medication I was currently taking for certain ailments . I called this company Botanical Farms explaining my situation, all of the bottles I received had not been opened, in fact they were in their original packaging. I was told from the company that once they received the pkg. my money, $199,00 and $59 would be refunded in 10-14 business days.,Plus, I paid $10.70 to have it returned back to them with a tracking no. Well, that pkg was delivered to their shipping department at PO Box 7000, Smyrna, TN on 1/2/22 and now today is February 28,2022 and still NO REFUND! I guess I really was scammed! I consider myself an intelligent person and not one to fall prey into things like this.It’s such a shame that people have to result to these means to make a living. I hope they are punished one day for being so dishonest.

My credit card was charged with $119 and change and another 59.00 …..when my order for tinnitus CBD gummies along with something else that I did not order. I called the number on the paper work and told them I was returning everything. I returned it to the Smyrna address around January 25. My credit card has not been credited. Thank you. Nancy Carollo

They take credit card info, which I figured would be used for a small shipping fee and charged my credit card $199.00 plus $69.99 and sent a bag of 7 bottles of Gummies which did nothing for arthritis pain. I shipped the bag back to the Smyrna address. Waiting for refund.

Botanical Farms CBD Gummies is using the contact identity of Bloomsbury Farm. Bloomsbury Farm is located in Smyrna Tennessee and has no involvement with Botanical Farms or it's products. Botanical Farms is scamming it's customers by overcharging and sending the wrong product. Customers are given Bloomsbury Farm's phone number, address, and email address for contact regarding refunds and returns. Bloomsbury Farm has filed a complaint report with the Smyrna police department and has a report number. Bloomsbury Farm has also reported Botanical Farms to Amazon and Facebook for fraud.
