I tried to purchase a “hard to find” Red Sox hat. I should have known right away since I couldn’t find the product anywhere else! I ordered the product which was listed at $44.99. I used my PayPal card and provided my shipping information and phone number, like you would whenever you order something. I was immediately charged $63.23. On the website in question it says, shipping was $5 for US. So $45 +$5 shipping obviously equals $50 and I was charged $18+ more than the product cost!! I immediately sent an email to “Anna” from their contact information. I also filled out a website-based message center. In both the email and the message center, I described all of which I’ve previously stated above, which were concerns with how much I was charged. Also at this point I have not received any email confirmation from them and no line by line charge list showing me what I was charged for. I waited 24 hours and still no contact from Anna or their message center. I then sent another email to Anna at customer service via their contact info and sent 2 more message to them via their message center on their website. I then was concerned and started looking up their website trust ability on the Internet. I found the gentleman who made a comments about the website. I was immediately concerned and sent Pay Pal a message along with pictures of my emails and just like the other gentleman I was immediately refunded my money I have to assume that being other people complained is why I got my refund within seconds of making the complaint. I still have not received any responses from bostonsports.com jersey.com whatever the website is. I would definitely not recommend this website and wish there was someway I could warn and stop other people from being scammed. Hopefully this helps and I will go on Facebook and tell people not to use the website
