Boss Optima , What a scam..Scheduled tile cleaning and charged my ccard $1980.
No one came on the scheduled day ..After excuses I asked for a refund which was
promised ..Four months later and many phone calls later ,still waiting .
Please don';t use this company .

Boss Optima was scheduled to come and do carpet cleaning and tile sanitizing. 3 weeks prior to the date of them coming and before even receiving the service, they charged my bank 1392.00. When I called to ask why I was charged before receiving services, I am continually sent to a voice messaging service which does not return my calls. I am proceeding with legal actions against this company. DO NOT DEAL with this unreputable company. It’s a scam.
