I was contacted by Mr. Micheal Gavyn on March10, 2017 about student loan forgiveness program. He stated I was eligible for a loan forgiveness because I attend Devry University. He also stated that the process will only take 6 months and I will only have to pay seventy-eight dollars until the loan is forgiven. Well it has been six month and I haven't gotten in conformation from Mr. Gavyn about the process. Every time I call I can't never get an answer. I spoke with Mr. Gavyn again on August 29, 2017. During that call, he stated that they never received Mr transcript and that why the process was delayed. I faxed those document to him and he stated he would call back the next day. Well it's September 5, 2017 and I haven't heard from Mr. Gavyn. I tried to call the number he gave me but I keep getting a recording. It seem that Mr. Michael Gavyn has scam out of $600. Luckly I filed for the Borrowers Defense thru The Dept. of Education. I will take my loan out of forbearance and pay on them until I hear from the Department of Education.
