I had the same issue with Zhiyun Chuang Network Technology. I ordered a Watch Winding Box and they sent me a cheap watch travel case? Total scam, I even referred a friend who ordered the same winding box and received the same cheap watch case. proves that my ordered wasn't just an "accident". Got the same discount offer which is useless for a cheap item that I didn't want or need. Notified Paypal and filed a complaint, unfortunately they sided with the buyer and said just return the item at my expense and the seller will provide a full refund for the item only. Thats all fine except the shipping cost is close to what the refund amount would be (thats if i actually get the refund). It really makes me mad how Paypal and Facebook can allow buyers like these get away with bait and switch scams like this.

What a bunch of crooks! I am in the process of legal documents with facebook, paypal and my lawyer for fraud! You lied and send me a bogus tracking number! I will be smearing your company all over the internet! It's companies like yours that ruin trust with facebook and paypal. How did you scam facebook into letting to advertise?

I also ordered the cactus cat tree/ scratcher and received a necklace ! Paypal sided with the company because they provided a tracking number for the necklace which showed it was delivered through the letterbox! I even sent photos of the wrong item. All i received from the company was a tracking number over and over again!

Ordered a cat toy from Facebook and paid with Paypal. The company sent me a necklace and not what I ordered. Emailed them directly and never responded. Went to PayPal to report them. Paypal reached out and they responded with a scam letter>

I'm sorry to hear that you are very dissatisfied with the product you received.

In order to express our sincere apologies and reduce your losses, we hope to refund 30% of your total order as compensation. can you accept it?

If you cannot accept the compensation I provide and want a full refund, you need to return our product. However, returning the product to China can be cumbersome, requires you to spend a lot of time and effort waiting for the refund, and you must ensure that the returned product is not damaged in order to receive a full refund.

If you agree with my proposal, I can pay you immediately.

Sounds like you ordered the cactus cat tree/scratcher! I did too and received nothing. A Paypal dispute ended with PP contacting me to say they'd contacted the company and it had been delivered. One to stay away from!
