I was searching on line for a border collie puppy. Came across Border Collie Veterans website. Made contact through the website, explaining that I was interested in one of the puppies on their site. They answered by request with a information request. They went on to tell me that I was perfect for one of their puppies. Payment was to be made by Zelle (which is a cash transfer app, with no way to get your money back). Which I declined. They then said they would accept payment with a Walmart gift card. Which I then said no, I would only use PayPal. Gee they came up with a son that has a PayPal account! Before I would finalize the transaction I asked for a current (like right this minute) picture of the puppy I was interested in. They sent me the same pictures they had sent before. I explained again that I wanted a current picture, video would be better of the puppy not an old picture. That was the last I heard from Border Collie Veterans!!
