When I ordered in February I was given 30 days to cancel and further shipments and received one 20 days later. I told them that it hadn't been 30 days and was told the 30 days began the day I ordered. I said it was ridiculous since I didn't have the additional 10 days it took for shipping. I called and asked the number on my bank statement why? I told them I didn't want it because they do nothing at all, even taking 4 a day rather than the suggest 1-2. I told them I was returning the second package unopened and wanted the $199 dollars returned to my bank account. I was told I would only receive $189 because $10 would be withheld for restocking and to expect a refund via support@checkbook IO within 7-10 days and to check my e-mail. I did so and no refund or notification of one on my e-mail. My husband has been calling since May and is told the same thing every time, getting various stories as to why and to check back in 7-10 days. Still nothing. He was given a reference #**********. It seems that every avenue we take is fictitious as is the address on their bottle, [email protected]. The phone # my husband has been calling is (877)208-1922. Today he asked for a supervisor in order to get an address for us to contact - no answer, so he left a message. On the package shipping label is the address: Shipping Dept Attn Returns #181 PO Box 90129. In very BOLD letters I wrote REFUSED, RETURN and circled that address. I sent it (March 24, 2023) the day after I received it because the mail had already left for the day. My husband took a picture of the returned box.
