I tried to get extra internet service which I do often and it only cost 13.00 10/5/2018 they charged me 70.00 for the same service. I called the bank to stop the transaction and was told it would take 3-5 business days and to call the merchant to see if they could stop it today. I called the Boost Mobile 800 number an d we went in back and forth for 2hrs and they wouldn't return my money. next I, called the bank a week later and was told they didn't reimburse me my money. So it was suppose to be credited to my account. now it's a month later and they tell me on 11/5/2018 they did not receive money from the back . It was taken out of my account and wired to them on 10/5/2018. now my phone is off and they won't turn it on or give me my money back. I called 11/5/2018 and that is when they decided they never received the money but prior to they had my money.

They tapped into my accounts and getting loans with my last name and birthdate
