I placed an order on 8/14/2023. For several weeks the tracking was not updated. I emailed the company several times per email addresses on their site, no response. There is no phone number anywhere on their website. I received the item on 9/14/2023. Their return policy is that you may return it up to 30 days, You need to contact them for a return label. I emailed them several times, no response. The item is too small for me so I do not want either one. I sent them an email last week saying that if I did not hear back that I would contact the BBB, no response.
