Ordered a christmas tree through a Facebook ad. Never received and continued to just keep receiving emails stating it was on its way for many weeks.

I ordered a Christmas tree and paid $43.98 plus $1.08 foreign fee and nothing was ever delivered. I've wrote 4 emails and no response, I even tried to find the company that tracked my package and supposedly delivered it to me. 26 days I waited for the tree for our autistic child and they scammed me.

Advertised by TikTok user. Link takes to external site. Confirmation and tracking information issued but product is never sent. Emails to listed address for support/service go unanswered.

Odered prelit Christmas tree advertised on Tik tok. Went to website and paid with pay pal. They will not respond to inquiries via there e mail help line. Tree to be delivered within 2 weeks. Nothing came. No response to multiple E mails.

I ordered a Christmas tree through a TikTok shop link that led me to boomira for $39.99 and paid $5.99 for express shipping. I only received the receipt via email with a link to a tracking number, the tracking number is invalid. That's the only correspondence that I've received, the email address for boomira does not work and there is no listed phone number. I filed a complaint with my credit union, they canceled my debit card and now I have to wait for a new and I still have not received a refund
