I ordered a textbook from this site, received an official looking receipt and never heard from them again. The email address gets bounced and there is no phone number. I'm glad the item I purchased was not expensive. This is a SCAM.

I ordered a book for school over 2 weeks ago. I have not received anything other than a confirmation and charge to my account. No tracking number provided and the business did not accept PayPal as payment. I have tried to email them with an error message received and no phone number is available. I found an article from nbc that this may so called business is a scam. I would like to warn others of this.

I entered my card info and the site said it was declined. I immediately got a fraud text alert from my bank. I then researched the company and found multiple complaints.

I purchased a textbook through this company, or so I thought. I ordered the book and received an invoice, but no shipping, tracking, or other information. The book has still yet to arrive after nearly two weeks. I have reached out to the company several times and have received no response. The "contact us" page on their website doesn't work, it shows an error message every time you try and contact them regardless of the time of day or device being used.

I ordered a text book which was never delivered. I've emailed the company and get no response. Now I see that the address isn't even valid; New York City is NOT in New Jersey, of course.

This business does nothing but advertise that they sell cheap books for students, and they don't! They are taking advantage of vulnerable people, and taking their money. They give all these good prices, order the books, and then two months later you still haven't received them. Oh, and don't bother trying to contact them because they have no phone number, and the email provided is probably fake since I have sent like fifteen messages to them with no response ever. Yet, they can QUICKLY take the money out of your bank account..... SUCH A SCAM. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Order placed, no tracking number given, no item received. No phone number posted and emails to the company have gone unanswered. Upon www search, bbb has numerous complains against and rated it an F.

I purchased a book online for class. I received an invoice, but no tracking information or estimated delivery date. It's over 2 months later and i still have not received the item. I have emailed the company a few times with no response. This email is the only form of contact. There is no phone number or any other way to contact the company on the website and no other way of getting information about my purchase.

I ordered two textbooks for my school on 5/29/2019. The total cost $61 was cashed out right away after I ordered. The estimate time to receive the textbooks is 3-7 business days. Until Now, I have not received the textbooks yet. I tried to send an email through their contact, the message showed an error. Then I sent an email to their [email protected], no one responds. I cannot reach them and ask for my textbooks.

I purchased a used book from the booktiz website for college and it never arrived. I have made several failed attempts to contact customer service and now the order reference number I was given no longer exists. I made payment using my CC... payment was processed to ALYSAASH LIVERPOOL

I will be disputing the charges with my credit union in attempt to get my money back.

I had ordered a book from the website on May 29th and paid for priority shipping. I had sent them numerous emails asking where my book was but was not getting any emails back. I tried to look them up on Facebook, and upon further review saw multiple people had said the same thing had happened to them.

Purchased textbook from Booktiz. Received invoice, however, no tracking number provided. They do not return emails and there is no phone number to contact. And if you look up the address provided on their website, it is some Chinese business.

Ordered a book, did not receive the book. No tracking, no response from my emails. Email error when I tried to email through the website. No phone number listed on the website. Charge on my card was from London. Booktiz website states their address is in New York, yet when you search the address it is a fried Dumpling place in China town.

This is not a legit company. You will not receive a book and it also asks you to pay with credit card and not PayPal. There is no phone number, only an email and they will not respond to you. You will be charged as a descriptor on your bank account as a NAME with a location in London or some other area.

they claim to sell medical field books and that you will get it with in 5-7 business days but have not received it in over a month. other customers gave the same review. Address listed on their website is actually a Chinese fried dumpling restaurant.
