Ordered on Jan 4, 2023. Received on Jan 17, 2023. Items were not what they displayed on their site. I have been back and forth with them since Jan 17 trying to get return information. As of Jan 20, they want me to accept 20% refund and keep merchandise. They have told me twice that " my expectations of their products are too high". Seemingly they are refusing to send me a refund. Right now for me it is a lesson learned. I spoke out to others inquiring about their ads on Facebook. I am sure that took me off because I donot see anymore of their posts.
