This business makes book themed candles. They sell individual for $8+ a candle or have a monthly subscription for up to $28 a month. I placed 2 individual orders totaling $52 as well as paid for a monthly subscription at the $28 level for 3 months. I have yet to receive an item. I have reached out to the business numerous times in numerous ways. They responded a few times but have since been ignoring my communications. They did send tracking 1 week ago, but it continues to sit in pre-shipment. Others have indicated this business prints their own shipping labels and will sit with them printed, numerous times for over a year.
