Advertise on Facebook for cheap vacation packages. Don't put all the information, purchased and unable to use because of my marital status, single, and not making enough money. Was told that they would issue a refund, it would take 3 to 5 business days, it's been since March 5th and nothing. Their response is it shows on their side the refund was processed and to check with my bank. After calling my bank and found nothing pending, called them back to be told to wait an additional 3 to 5 business days and call them back.

I booked a vacation with BOOKVIP.com with assurance that the $718 was the total fee. They have cancelled my selected resort twice then booked me a third resort that has a fee of $22.50 per night. If I cancel my reservation then I lose $175, plus I lose $60 for my flights.
