In Phoenix, AZ Book and Sea Travel Club (they might be selling under a new name by now) is contacting local residents via mail using a sweepstakes mailer postcard. Every customer wins the same vacation cert. More importantly the person behind the operation is Adam Armstrong. Book and Sea Travel Club is a complete scam!!!
