This will be my second report for this company. In doing the reconciliation on my VISA account I found two more charges.

I already reported the loss of 4275.32 for the months of Nov/Dec, 2017 CDN.

Nov. 15, 2017 - $157.30 CDN

Dec. 05, 2017 - $126.23 CDN

Please make note: There were no shipments regarding these charges. This is when the bank cancelled the Visa card. At that time the bank was unable to contact a person to speak to regarding these charges. NEED HELP!!!!!

I was searching on the web and received a message offering a free trial of eye cream for $4.00 shipping charges. When I received the product I received a bill for $152.44 Nov. 17, 2017. At that time I talked to an employee, ID#3684_ _ _ _. with a cancellation number ***********. But now in doing a reconciliation on my VISA card we find the extra charge of $122.88 billed in Dec. 03/2017. We have spent considerable amount of time researching this company. In cleaning out my files I found the shipping paper that I received with the product. It has this address and phone number listed above. This is not only a lot of money but a very fraudulent company that needs to be stopped and also needs to be held responsible for paying back all the funds they stole from people like me. They would have kept charging if I had not cancelled my Visa card. I want my money back. What can I do?

I have ordered the product on 9th December for which I have to give then review then after they have to charge, and they did not delivered the product till 9th Jan,18 and still charged huge amount of CAD 154.

When I called to call center, they only offered amount 50, so they took the 100 CAD with giving the production. They are not honest and cheated me

Thoroughly disappointed.
