I received an official looking letter from this lottery in Madrid. It said to call David Peters at the above number. The letter said he is the Foreign Service ///manager/Reittance officer of ECO SECURITY S.A. I called and also sent an email. He said to claim the prize ////i should either come to Madrid ir pay $1800 diplomatic delivery charge, Also he could deposit it electronically in my bank account. I did not give hm that information. All he has is my address, which he already had since he sent me the letter. And I suppose he has my mobile phone number which I used to call him.

He asked me to call him this morning after he asks his boss to waiver the $1800 fee. I did not call. -- Paul ***
