Purchased a sweatshirt from site. Arrived in mail and the sleeves were very short on garment. Tried to exchange for a larger size but was told the cost of shipping would be too much so they would not exchange. Would not offer a refund either. The only offer was a 15% credit and a 10% coupon on next purchase.
