I saw an ad online, on TikTok or Facebook I can’t remember, for Bond Bracelets. I place the order and got an email of confirmation on July 6th. On July 7th, I got an email saying that my order had been shipped. On the 8th, an email came with the tracking information, but when I tried to track it on the USPS website it couldn’t find it. Thinking it just needing some time, I waited 11 days before contacting support for any updates on my order. That was July 19th. July 20th someone named Michelle emailed me back with a link to 17track.net saying I could track my order that way. According to the tracking website, my order was delivered on July 24th, but I checked my PO Box everyday and nothing. I emailed support again on August 5th, 8th and 10th asking for a refund and no one has replied yet. I did some research and found out that this whole thing was a scam and lots of people were going through the same thing. You can’t even go to the initial website to place the order anymore.
