I placed an order on March 9th, 2023 for a clothing item. I had to continually reach out to them to ask when my order would ship. They FINALLY “shipped” it on April 18th. I received a notification on April 20th saying that my order had been “delivered”, but it but I did not have it. Apparently it was “delivered” to an address in Corona, California. I live in North Carolina, the opposite side of the country. I contacted the company and they said that the shipping company was on holiday and I would need to reach back out the following week. I followed up the next week like they asked, and they said the shipping company had not responded and that I should give it another 5-7 days. They continually blew me off. It is very clear that this business is a scam.

I researched online and found MANY other reviews that stated the EXCACT same “shipping error” had happened to them. They never received their package nor did they get a refund.

I would love nothing more than to recuperate this money, but they will no longer respond since I called them out on the scam.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
