Bought bonamour, wish i hadn't. Bus after NOT small enough for a side sleeper, not even the XS. There is no customer support. The address they give isn't an actual address. Their sounds are in line, not on an app. Downloading to a phone is not feasible or even possible by their directions. There are no refunds. There is no customer service. These are utter junk. See photo, this is all that was sent. There is no way to insert these hard little "beans" into your ear canal! No silicon plug they fit into, nothing to grab into them by. Might as well have thrown this cash in the garbage. Will ask credit card company if they will refund and go after the company... Worth a try.

I purchased off an instagram ad, received the product which was not as advertised, were far too large for my ears and when I asked to exchange for a smaller size, the company requested I secretly send them additional money and I’d be able to keep the first pair that didn’t work for me. I then requested a return and no response.
