I saw an advertisement for Bombas socks on Facebook. I clicked on the add, chose the items I wanted, then paid. I did not receive a confirmation from Bombas, so I had no way of tracking the items. My payment had already been sent. Eventually, a shipment came in, but it was not what I ordered. While researching what went wrong, I realized this was a knockoff Bombas “company”, and these socks are made in China. I have requested a refund and a return slip, but I am not getting either.
