I ordered a 3 month beauty subscription box for my daughter for her birthday in December. She never recieved anything. After my initial complaint she received 1 box in April 5 months later! I tried to cancel the subscription but you cant get ahold of anyone and there is no phone number. At that point they still owed 2 boxes and charged me for anther 3 months! At this point I have received nothing else and after many many emails I was told they would refund my money in 5 - 7 days. never happened. still cannot get anyone to respond
