Scammer posed as Bombas sock company on Facebook ad. I ordered socks thinking it was Bombas. When I received the socks they were child-size, even though I ordered mens large. I’ve been in email communication with the scam company trying to get a refund and return the socks. It’s obvious this company person has no grasp of the English language and I’ve sent photos of the socks against a ruler to show how small they are, emailing back and forth with them over more than 6 emails. They are telling me to “regift” them, and that the return process would be too lengthy and costly shipping fees to go through. I did dispute the charge with Citibank, my credit card company.
