I saw the add for Eco self watering planter boxes with a Costco Wholesale logo in the upper left corner and ordered 3 each on 4/1/23 using my credit card. I received a confirmation email followed by another email with a tracking number. I contacted the company to check status of my order and was told delivery had been made. After several email exchanges, I was told the two pair of gardening gloves I received was sent by mistake but the value was equal or greater than the planter boxes I ordered.

I was asked to accept a 10% refund as an apology and could sell the gloves if I wanted to make my money back. There have been several additional email exchanges regarding this issue which has not been resolved.
