I saw a link for a personalized keychain on Instagram. I clicked the link and ordered the product. The money $27.94 was taken from my account and I received an email stating I would get notification when the product shipped. It never did so I called the contact number listed on boldlivish website. Number wasn't working and email wasn't working. There is no way to get in touch with them and the company doesn't even exist. The worst part is that they have my card info now.
