I purchased 2 wigs from you on Thursday, May 31, 2018. The wigs look nothing like to wig you portrayed on your site. I would like to return them. The order# is 89369, receipt # is 5527-5868-2447-0513 and the Invoice ID is c4734120788086.1. The wig you portrayed on the site is #DEEP CURLY LACE HUMAN HAIR. These wigs are not lace front wigs at all, as you described. These wigs are scraggly, stringy, and shedding and it looks nothing like the picture. Please see attached picture vs. the picture you are showing on your site. These are entirely different wigs. Will you please contact me ASAP regarding this matter, I want a refund.

I never got a response from them. I sent the email on June 12, 2018 and again on June 18, 2018:
Your website stated that you would response within 24 hours. It has been much longer than that. I emailed you on Tuesday, June 12, 2018 (pls. see below) and you have not responded yet. I need to correspond with someone regarding this matter. Please contact me ASAP.
