I ordered two pairs of boots, simultaneously, on May 6, 2021. I received the one pair, within a very reasonable amount of time. I fell in love with them and respected and admired their company.

I have yet to receive the other pair and it has been over a month, now. They do respond ( not promptly ), via e-mail, however, they just keep giving me the run- around about the other pair and expected day, as to when I will receive them.

I tried calling a phone number, that IS listed in their website. There are actually two phone numbers. The one is in Texas and the other, in Kentucky.

A gentleman returned my call ( the number in Kentucky ), whom the actual number belongs to, so Bokushoes list a phony contact number for them.

The other phone number, I Texas, NEVER accepts calls and no voicemail.
