After seeing ads on Facebook and Instagram, I purchased two bathing suits from BOHOSHOW. I received an initial invoice, but never a shipping confirmation, so I attempted to log in to my account. After several attempts to login, I was unable to. Thinking I got my password wrong (I didn't), I attempted to reset my password. The website said that it could not recognize my email address. I emailed the company with the information provided on their website but never heard back from them. I called the phone number provided on their website but no one ever picked up and their answering machine was generic, not for a business. I looked up their physical mailing address on their website and found out that it is listed as the mailing address for SEVERAL online stores, all of which have complaints filed against them for never having received items, not responding to queries, etc. It is obvious that this website is a scam.
