I was contacted by a company to do a modeling job offer close to my home by a company in the UK that recently expanded to the USA. I was told they found me on Instagram and are interested in hiring me. I was told about the company and then asked for my payment plan. I replied and the payment plan was accepted but I was not told anything about the job location, the photographer, there was no phone number or business address but I was asked for my name, address and other ID related information to "process payment". Nothing was finalized with the job offer but they are asking for my information through email. It was at this point I became sketchy and weary of the job offer. The English in the email was not grammatically correct. I didn't think anything of it at first because the company is real and easily googled. Furthermore, the head of the company is not a native English speaker. But after a couple emails, I believe requesting the information is phishing and a request for money laundering.
