SCAM

My experience was very similar to the others posted. I bought an item, was charged immediately for over $900. I received a confirmation saying I would be notified when shipped. Over a month later, I received an odd email about payment issues (a month after my credit card was charged) and I have not received any other replies. No phone number listed. I disputed with my credit card company and have reported them to the trade commission.

The business sells furniture. I ordered 2 chairs that never arrived. I contacted the customer service with over 10 emails. There were 2 responses where they said that they were having problems with shipper but the shipper said the product was never brought in- only the shipping label was created. I never received the product. I had to contact my credit card company and reported fraudulent transaction.

I researched more about this company and found out that others same experience of fraudulent transactions.

I went online to find a table. Found it at the Bohomer website. Ordered it. The website said it would ship in 4 days. After 12 days I tried to call, there is only a message saying leave a message. No name, nothing. I left a message and then I looked for their email and emailed them a note asking what was up. They responded next day to my email and said my order was on a temporary hold due to incorrect info. I checked, everything was correct. (I order on line a lot) I emailed again 3 days in a row, never heard back. I then email and told them to cancel my order. Never heard back. They charged my credit card $759.20 the day I ordered. I am now disputing that with my cc company. They have no physical address anywhere on the web site. I had checked for bad reviews and there weren't any. The site said they were a young company. I still have heard nothing from them and they never refunded my charges of $759.20
