I ordered from BoHo Beach Hut in January 23rd. Didn’t receive the item until February 23rd and the item was very different than what was promoted on the website and what I thought I was receiving. It was also very poor quality with no sales tag. I tried to call and email the company for a refund. I am paying to return the item however I keep getting computer generated email responses saying they will only offer store credit or exchange for a return. Upon looking up reviews on the website, this seems to be a recurring issue with others. I am happy to provide email documentation.
