I was contacted by the company via instagram stating they wanted me to be a brand ambassador and inviting me to shop at a discount rate and since it was around mothers day i decided to purchase some clothing and treat myself. The company quickly accepted my order and charged my card then sent me an email indicating a shipping label had been created and further advised that the shipment would be made within twenty four hours, they made a big to do about the twenty four hour shipping time frame as the amount of my order qualified me for one "free item" but i would only be able to claim it within twenty four hours before the shipment was sent out. I did as requested and received a final confirmation email with the very same shipment information, ten days later and there was no evidence of any activity on the initial shipment label created for my shipment. In other words the post office never got any package related to the tracking number to be able to deliver to me. That is the worst part about this is that the company is blaming the US post office! When i was finally able to get a response to my messages (pretty sure i was talking to a bot of sorts) I was told that the hold up likely had something to do with the package being in customs, however the package was being shipped from one state to another both within the U.S.. IT was obvious to me at that point that the company as a scam. They have since stopped responding to my emails and messages.
