Was on Pinterest, purchased 3 dresses from a site on 8/1/23, when they were delivered on 8/18/23, I was able to get them from my lockbox on 8/19 & opened the package & only 1 dress I ordered was there, 3 additional items that were not ordered or my style were also in the bag. I immediately tried to contact their customer service, quickly realizing that there was no phone number present & only an email to contact. So I sent an email within 15min of opening the package w/ pictures showing what I ordered vs what I got. Each email I got back from them seemed like a form letter w/ no real solution. Then when I asked for them to send a return label, so I can have the items I actually ordered & they can have the items they sent me back. They just sent me an email saying, since their company is international, she shipping is expensive & can take up to 2 months to be receive, they recommend that I keep their items & they would refund me $15!?!?! I'm still in shock & can't believe it. I've included my correspondence.
