Total scam, I bought a product from bogonow.co (wine opener) in November and never got it. I tried to reach out many times, only to get a one-liner back every 3-4 weeks that claimed they will look into it despite my begging. I haven't heard from them for about a month now. I hope Karma gets them since they are apparently above the law and still in business.

Go to any business with Bogo now. I Purchased a wine opener in November and still haven’t received it. I Paid for it through Shop who aren’t being helpful. Why I didn’t use my American Express is beyond me. Freaking frustrating situation.

The company is a FRAUD. I ordered the by 4 get 1 free Holiday wine opener set on Nov. 18, 2023. Today is Dec. 26 and the order was never shipped according the tracking number provided. They have not responded to my emails and do not list a phone number or actual address. Save you money and order from somewhere else.

I ordered the buy one, get one set of the wine tasting kits for my wife and friends of ours. I messaged them back and forth. They told me that the post office and their company was very overwhelmed due to the holidays but if you ordered before December 17th it would arrive by Christmas. That was December 15th and I ordered it November 22nd. The tracking never changed from "shipping label created and awaiting package". I was told numerous times that I would be given updated tracking and when I threatened to report it to my bank as fraud they requested I "wait until the package arrives and return it for a refund".

This is a scam, through and through.

I ordered the item Holiday Wine tasting kit on November 21st, never received an order number until I contacted them. The USPS status continues to say it is "waiting item to be shipped". When I contact company the email was this:

BOGONOW

< this is an automated message> Good morning Our warehouse is open 10-5 Mon- Fri PST as soon as I have an update I’ll get it to you ! Thank you Please allow 24-72 hours for a response for faster service please email [email protected] If you have previously contacted us your request is in cue putting in another request will only bog down the system with another request when we are already working on your previous one. Please include your order number Address your inquiry and what you ordered and we will work to get back to you as soon as possible Rest assured we will we are just having extremely high volume for the season as is the post office thank you Bogonow crew

They will not call me I have left my number, and they never responded again after this message.
