My friend and I purchased a large bogg bag from boggsbag.com on 7/14/21 at the same exact time. Both bags were supposed to be dellivered by 7/28/21. We both entered our debit card numbers, but the transactions happened as paypal transactions. I received a shipment email, and she has not. However, I have not received my bag, and instead, it says it it out for redeliver. When she emailed them, they told her that for "some reason it was sent back to them, and it was reshipped 8/4/21." When I emailed them, they said "for some reason it was sent back to them, and it was reshipped several days ago." There is no phone number to contact the company, only the email address, that keeps telling us the same thing, conveniently. Funny though that my original tracking never shows that it was ever tracked back to China. Nor did the website say that it was every coming from China in the first place.
