I placed an order on 05/12/2020. I have been fighting with the company to receive a refund for my order. I have not received the item and they said that it would be in before Christmas. It is now March 2021. They tried to negotiate a 60%, 75%, 80%, 90% refund. I have never heard of this type of a return. Then, they said that they would give me a 100% refund. I asked when the refund would take place and I mentioned that I would need a receipt with the transfer information. They replied "SORRY WE WILL REFUND YOU AS POSSIBLE AS WE CAN." I asked what the date is for the refund, they replied "Sorry, we can’t confirm, but we will post as soon as possible."
