I order a product from bodycalmer.com back in December 04, 2019. It is already January 18, 2020 and still have not received anything. I have tried reaching out to them multiple times via text and email with no response.

Purchased item offered in website and after charge received an order number. No confirmation of shipment and it has been over 3 weeks and contacted the support email and nothing. There are almost 70% of bad reviews for the same issue. The good reviews are fake.
