I ordered about 1 year ago. I received nothing, ever, not even a human reply to my numerous emails and social media posts on their Facebook page. In fact, they last replied to someone on Facebook about 2 years ago. Their automated message is along the lines of "We are such a successful business that we have too many emails, be patient". It's 100% a SCAM. No refund, no product, no communication. Your only solution is legal action.

I placed an order for a home gym - BodyBoss 2.0 - on March 20, 2020. I was given a confirmation email but no way to track the order. I filed a complaint to there support which seems to link to another company called BodyBoss who has stated they are an entirely different merchant. I have reached out again over social media and email and again was pointed to "BodyBoss" website. All comments on their social media are similar stories. Their phone numbers listed appear to be phony as well, one being a non descript voicemail and another for an individual named Ross - (513) 314-3458.
