I purchased an item off of their website. The website states you will get tracking information within 72 hours, but that the items are shipping from China so they will take 10-22 days to get your item. I ordered my item 44 days ago and still have not received tracking information. I had to send them 5 emails before they finally responded. Originally they told me they didn't have an order with my name and order number. Once I sent them my order confirmation, then they said they would provide me with tracking information. A few weeks later, I still don't have a tracking number and they are no longer responding to my emails. I was charged for the item, so I will have to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

I placed an order on 12/01/2020. I have been fighting with the company to receive a refund for my order. I have not received the item and they said that it would be in before Christmas. It is now May 2021. They tried to negotiate a 60%, 75%, 80% refund. I have never heard of this type of a return. I asked when the refund would take place and I mentioned that I would need a receipt with the transfer information. They replied "SORRY WE WILL REFUND YOU AS POSSIBLE AS WE CAN." I asked what the date is for the refund, they replied "Sorry, we can’t confirm, but we will post as soon as possible." This has been going on for months and I am not the first person to experience this.
