I was receiving a treatment by this person Cianna Navarro at her location at 17570 N 75th Ave, Glendale, AZ 85308 suite 33 for Ultrasonic cavitation and at my last service she started talking to me about this product she sells that is good for skin rejuvenation and so I asked if she sells this she said yes I said ok I was going to try it since she had been really professional at the cavitation she said she had product right there at her office and she placed it in a bag I payed her through zelle when I got home I opened the bag just to see a damaged bottle and I contacted her she seemed she was going to give me an exchange but she's dissapeared ever since I told her to return my money a month after no exchange she's ignored my txt and calls. I have all the txt we exchanged about this matter and the transfer of the money through zelle. I have called the company where she gets this product from and they said they dont have sales persons but that they would investigate. She took my money and never exchanged the product or return my money she should be stopped.
