Fraudulent charges

NEVER purchased from company, yet they have tried to charge my credit card $49.95 three times already and was declined by bank. Already had to get new card issued.

I placed my order in late July and here it is October. Twice my tracking order due date was pushed further and further into the coming months and now it is no longer available. They keep sending me the same email with the same copy and paste "we have a lot of orders, it will be a few more weeks" they only sent me one email stating that after 30 days they will refund me and that was the first email. After that it's a copy and paste email. Save your money and don't order from them. Ever.

Ordered in July 22, (10-14 shipping status). Amount $21.95, ordered foundation and concealer from them. July 24, received shipping tracking info; BB151254. It then got updated to 30 day shipping and that it would be delayed to a large number of orders that came in. It is now October 1, no products, and now my order tracking number is now mysteriously “invalid.” Copy paste email from “customer service.” No other way to contact them. They’re Facebook link is invalid off their website. Facebook https://www.facebook.com/boutiquecosmeticosmakeup/. Many women have reported the very same scenario, all ordering around June and July with no information, products or access to contact the company. You are out of the money completely. Hopefully with enough people disputing it as fraud with their financial institutions, they will eventually be stopped. Do not trust this company.

I placed an order on July 18, 2019. The total of my order is $31.95, which includes tax and shipping.

On July 19, 2019 I received an email verifying that my order had shipped.

On August 22, 2019 I noticed the date of arrival changed to September 17, 2019. I attempted to contact the company, however, there is no phone number so I had to send an email to find out what the situation was.

I DID receive a reply that stated there was a delay due to the high volume of orders they received from the sale they were having.

On the due date, and no products received, I attempted to track the item. It now stated “no order found.” I entered my order number several times, thinking I was making a mistake in entering the number. But that wasn’t the case. I sent an email demanded a refund. They replied with the same letter that I had previously received. It was then that I realized that the emails were just computer generated, and completely meaningless.

I must admit, I’m a bit upset with Facebook for allowing this spam company to run ads on their platform. I thought they verified companies before they allow advertising.

I bought makeup from this company back in July and have not received my product. I later found out that this company is fake and I will not be receiving my item. Many complaints regarding the same issue from this company. Definitely a scam.
