I have received a purchase from you that does not look like your advertising on website. My purchase is for brown
not jet black. It also was supposed to be full lace, and preplucked, which is not what was sent in mail
This is false advertising, it has taken 22 days to receive something that I paid $16.99 in shipping fees plus cost of a product that looks awful. If this is the way your company operates, return my money if you cannot send me what I ordered ASAP.
