Paid for a digital download as well as printed image of our drawing. It has been over 2 months since the digital download was received and the printed image, which was an extra $18, is nowhere to be found. Multiple attempts have been made to reach out to the company and every message shows "read" but they refuse to reply or attempt to correct the issue. As far as I can tell, I just got scammed out of $18 and have no other way to contact the company and fix the issue.
